Make an appointment
The practice runs a "telephone first" appointment system. This means that you will first have a telephone consultation with a GP, and then if needed a face to face appointment can be arranged. We offer both "on the day" and "prebookable" telephone appointments.
When calling reception staff will ask for details about the problem to ensure you receive the right care, first time & as efficiently as possible.
The following points should be noted:-
* If you have multiple problems book a double telephone appointment.
* If your telephone appointment is to discuss skin conditions ensure you email any photos when booking appointment, the receptionist will give you the email address.
* If you miss your telephone appointment time the GP will leave a message informing you you have missed your telephone call & will advise in a message the next steps.
